What you’ll deliver

The successful candidate will have a diverse and exciting opportunity to influence our progress, collaborating with our internal teams, technology partners and customers to guide AnalytiXagility products from conception to service launch, ensuring that the AnalytiXagility cloud-based Research as a Service offering, through the technical roadmap, is delivered on the most appropriate technology.

This will involve:

  • Working closely with the CTO to align product management to company strategy.
  • Close engagement with delivery team (Development, QC, Operations) in the product owner role (as adapted from the Agile Scrum methodology).
  • Aligning our roadmap to optimise the use of partner and third-party technology.

This is a broad and diverse key role within a growing market, with further opportunities to be involved in:

  • Client interaction engagements, supporting customer bids and tenders, and working on specific customer projects in a project management role.
  • Technical architecture of Aridhia’s platform and services.
  • Thought leadership communication with a wider public about the Aridhia platform and roadmap, including participating at conferences, writing blog posts and other social media.


What you’ll bring

  • Proven technical leadership skills with a strong personal definition of product owner role, tasks and responsibilities.
  • A track record of delivering cloud-based products and services, ideally in a field related to analytics or biomedical research.
  • Demonstrated ability to capture and rationalise diverse end user and customer requirements, including their aspirations and goals, as an effective user advocate.
  • Ability to estimate effort, cost and value of feature development within an R&D budget and negotiate resource for delivery.
  • Ability to negotiate and maintain partner and supplier relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of the technical aspects of product development to ensure competitive advantage and effective delivery.
  • Commercial awareness and applied knowledge of subscription-based business models and operations.
  • Desirable – understanding of the biomedical research and analytics market and its long-term trends including healthcare, academic and pharmaceutical environments, with the ability to communicate this to stakeholders.
  • Desirable – understanding of information governance, privacy and security related to personal data and the use of cloud services, with the ability to communicate this to stakeholders.
