Collaboration

IMPROVE COMMUNICATION, COLLABORATION AND PRODUCTIVITY TO ACCELERATE INNOVATION

TURN YOUR DATA AND EXPERTISE INTO INTELLIGENCE, TOGETHER

Innovation only occurs when groups of people from different disciplines and organisations work together, pooling their knowledge, experience and, crucially, their data.

Our analytic workspaces are at the architectural core of AnalytiXagility. Facilitating collaborative teams’ need to rapidly collect and analyse multiple data types, AnalytiXagility gives you and your team the ability to integrate data from multiple systems and data sources into data lakes to deliver extremely rapid analytic processing, generating fast insights to inform and improve patient care.

“AnalytiXagility is the means by which our project bioinformaticians access, in a controlled and managed way, patient phenotype data and genotype datasets; it supports the correlation of genetic sequence with prediction of response to therapy.” Dr Mark Beggs, Chief Executive, Stratified Medicine Scotland Innovation Centre

A SECURE ENVIRONMENT PURPOSE BUILT FOR COLLABORATIVE ANALYTICS

We’ve integrated a range of special features that help you and your team work together, productively. AnalytiXagility workspaces bring you the power of social sharing, tagging, work file alerts, audit tracking and notification tools, all in a common online space which improves communication and increases productivity between remote teams and individuals.

Workspace owners can invite collaborators to join their project or study, enabling their team to easily discuss, share, modify and create analysis in a single, secure online workspace populated with embedded social media tools.

AnalytiXagility is already the analytic platform of choice for collaborative research projects across Europe, including:

  • the ADVOCATE research project, a €6 million, Horizon 2020 funded, pan-European innovative collaborative research project.
  • four exemplar projects at the Stratified Medicine Scotland Innovation Centre, which brings clinicians, academic researchers, data scientists, pharmaceutical and biotechnology organisations together to develop our understanding of the differences in patient populations and develop more effective treatments for those groups. Find out more about our precision medicine capabilities.
  • the European Prevention of Alzheimer’s Dementia EPAD project, the largest single project to date specifically to help develop treatments that will prevent Alzheimer’s dementia, brings together over 10,000 participants and 36 partner organisations.

Check out our Library for more examples of how AnalytiXagility is being used to facilitate collaboration across data-driven projects.
