As a key member of the Enablement team, you will support and drive marketing and pre-sales projects, and Aridhia branding. You will be self-motivated, proactive and demonstrate strong organisational skills to support the enablement, sales and marketing business functions in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

This role requires the design and delivery of marketing content relevant to this purpose – content of demos, the company website, the Aridhia Knowledge Base, proposals, presentations, collateral – any external content that helps communicate the company’s value proposition and improves a potential customer’s experience. If it has our logo on it, the Digital Designer will be responsible for making sure it’s the best it can be.

What you’ll be doing

  • Website maintenance, designing and publishing new pages when required, as well as blog posts, software and security updates, weekly traffic analysis, search engine optimisation
  • Creation of demo and marketing videos, animation, social media imagery, datasheets, assorted collateral, and promotional material for Aridhia DRE
  • Maintenance of Knowledge Base – regular release notes, new and updated articles, working with respective Product Owners
  • Creation of presentations, documents, and diagrams for customer-facing colleagues
  • Maintenance of Word and PowerPoint templates
  • Documentation of proposals in an online content repository to support proposal writing
  • Events support (when required) – banners, flyers, posters, brochures etc
  • Working closely with the sales team to convert their ideas into marketing collateral
  • Generation of content to support pre-sales meetings and customer/partner proposals
  • Generation of content for social media campaigns

What you’ll bring


  • Qualification in digital design, graphic design, or related field
  • Professional experience of graphic design, branding, copywriting, and front-end web development
  • Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to problems through effective design
  • Excellent design vocabulary and ability to listen, collaborate, recognise user needs, and translate ideas into reality
  • Experience in using of a wide range of design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and InDesign
  • Experience using Wordpress, HTML, CSS, javascript, SVG, FTP, and other front-end design tools and processes
  • Fundamental understanding of the design process, as well as typography, grid-based layout, and colour
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, and to find ways of visually simplifying complex technological concepts
  • A flexible approach, with demonstrable organisational and presentation skills
  • Ability to contribute in a wide range of capacities in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Hands-on knowledge of cross-browser/cross-platform capability issues and resolutions
  • Experience of collaborating and communicating with diverse teams

Desirable Qualifications/Skills

  • Understanding of design for print
  • Experience of Adobe After Effects or other graphic animation package
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques
  • An interest in photography and video capture
  • An interest in both healthcare and technology

She now manages Aridhia's HR and is responsible for coordinating Aridhia’s internal recruitment.
