As a key member of the Business Operations team you will provide administrative support across a wide range of functions at Aridhia. Including supporting recruitment administration as we continue to grow and build the team.

This role requires an Operations Support who is self-motivated and has a flexible approach to work. Full-time and part-time working hours can be considered.

What you’ll be doing

  • HR record keeping and systems administration
  • Support recruitment administration services within the team – advertising, acknowledgement of applications, candidate communications, interview coordination and diary management, initial screening of candidate CV’s
  • Schedule onboarding, referencing, pre-employment checks, induction process coordination and preparing new start packs
  • Support leaver processes and coordination
  • Provide ad hoc and general administrative support within the business operations team
  • Monitor administration inboxes and office phone number to respond or escalate support queries as required
  • Support organisation with any internal or external social events
  • Transfer any calls coming to a main office number appropriately and take and pass on messages as required
  • Schedule travel arrangements and liaise with delivery couriers
  • Assist the business operations team in managing relationships with suppliers and service providers in relation to office equipment & facilities e.g. furniture, maintenance requests, cleaning, etc
  • Assist the business operations team with arranging team meetings in temporary office spaces and help coordinate any potential office moves.

What you’ll bring


    Skills and Experience:
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office, in particular MS Excel, SharePoint and MS Teams
  • Previous administration experience
  • Personal attributes:
  • Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
  • Discretion and an awareness and understanding of strict confidentiality requirements
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional can-do attitude and willingness to get involved in varied tasks
  • Friendly, confident demeanour, with ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organisation
  • Ensure excellent professional representation of the company at all times, both internally and externally
  • Motivated & flexible approach to work, with ability to balance priorities with minimised supervision
  • Responsive and calm under pressure, capable of balancing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
  • Good communicator both in terms of tone and language used
  • Solution-focused and flags potential problems or concerns promptly with HR Manager

Desirable Qualifications/Skills

  • Event co-ordination (interest in)
  • Recruitment administration experience would be beneficial
  • Previous experience in a similar environment, working to high professional standards.

    Alison joined Aridhia in 2019 as Office Manager before progressing to HR Manager in 2020. With a background in recruitment she brings experience in resourcing, talent attraction and selection. She now manages Aridhia's HR and is responsible for coordinating Aridhia’s internal recruitment. She is currently working towards her CIPD Associate accreditation and is passionate about ensuring both Aridhia and candidates have a positive recruitment experience.
