We are growing, and looking for a bright and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Support Executive to join our team in Edinburgh! What you’ll deliver

The successful candidate will provide full support to the enablement, sales and marketing team including:

  • Act as main point of contact for our CRM system including processing contacts and reporting
  • Support marketing activities such as lead generation, events and support the collation of sales collateral and demo material to maximise promotional opportunities and keep key content in line with an evolving service
  • Scheduling client meetings and the set-up of technical demonstrations. Co-ordination and management of client and prospect visits to both the Glasgow and Edinburgh offices
  • Dynamic point of contact for inbound sales enquiries and Edinburgh office
  • Supporting proposal and bid preparation for large contracts
  • Diary management, arranging meetings & travel

Note: this is not an exhaustive list, the post holder will be required to undertake other duties as required in a growing organisation faced with fast paced change.

The role would suit a candidate looking to gain experience in a sales/marketing support role and requires someone that is self-motivated, pro-active and demonstrates strong organisational skills to support the enablement, sales and marketing business functions in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. In this role, your input and ideas will be encouraged and future progression opportunities within the company will also be available for the right person.

Essential

  • Academic qualifications Higher National Certificate (HNC Level 3) or above
  • able to demonstrate great attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Flexible approach, with demonstrable organisational skills
  • Interest in both healthcare and technology
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Confident client facing and customer service skills and a polished and professional approach
  • Ability to contribute in a wide range of capacities in an entrepreneurial environment

Desirable

  • CRM experience
  • Admin or office based experience
  • Pre-sales or sales experience
  • Science related background
