Security in Aridhia’s Digital Research Environment

As the provider of a cloud-based digital research environment, how do we meet the functionality required by data scientists to conduct their research whilst also satisfying the governance and controls required by information security teams within a healthcare setting?

Data scientists require a certain degree of freedom in order to produce translational research, and this must be balanced against privacy and security risks concerning confidential data and legal obligations.

Andrew joined Aridhia in January 2018 to support the Enablement Team. He studied Ecology and Animal Behaviour at the University of St Andrews before working in various sales and marketing positions for technology companies. Outside of sales/marketing, Andrew also provides client support for the likes of Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital and the European Prevention of Alzheimer's Dementia Consortium (EPAD).
