Aridhia Informatics Ltd is dedicated to helping biomedical, precision medicine and healthcare researchers undertake complex research and analytics via our trusted, secure, self-service, cloud-enabled digital environment. We are a private limited company (SC324508) having our registered office at Level 3, Teaching and Learning Centre, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, 1345 Govan Road, Glasgow, G51 4TF.
How do we collect information from you?
We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you contact us about our products and services, you register to receive our newsletter, or you collaborate with us on a case study which is then published on our website.

Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf

Some of our offerings may be co-branded, that is sponsored by both Aridhia and third parties. Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information
When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely. Personal data such as your email address etc. are transmitted normally over the Internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we use all reasonable endeavours to ensure its security on our systems. Aridhia makes no attempt to identify individual users. What type of cookies do we use?
Our website uses the following cookies:
Session Cookie: is transient and exists in temporary memory while you are navigating our website. This Cookie is normally destroyed when you close the browser.
A persistent cookie: which is used to improve the content and structure of our site and usually remains on the hard drive after the browser has been closed.
We also use Google Analytics, a popular web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. to collect standard internet log information (including your IP address) and details of your use of our website. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site and analyse how you use this site. Log files are maintained and analysed of all requests for files on Aridhia web servers. Aggregated analyses of these log files are used to monitor website usage. These analyses are used to allow us to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our website. Log files do not contain any personal information. All log file information collected by Aridhia is kept secure and is not provided to anyone.

Our website may contain links to other websites run by other organisations. To allow you to interact with other websites on which you may have accounts (such as Facebook and other social media sites) or join communities on such sites, we may provide links or embed third-party applications that allow you to login, post content or join communities from our websites.

Transferring your information outside of Europe
